My Garden

I'm going to introduce some of the garden inmates in my balcony.

Adenium Obesum
It is a popular houseplant and bonsai. It is also known as Impala Lily ,Desert Rose.



Hyacinth

  It is a small genus of bulbous flowering plants. It has a single dense spike of fragrant flowers in different shades. Hyacinth bulbs are poisonous, can cause mild skin irritation.

Chrysanthemum

Sometimes called mums or chrysanths, are flowering plants. These  plants have been shown to reduce indoor air pollution. Chrysanthemum leaves are steamed or boiled and used as greens, especially in Chinese cuisine.

Cactus

It occur in a wide range of shapes and sizes. Most cacti live in habitats subject to at least some drought.  Cactus stems are often ribbed or fluted, which allows them to expand and contract easily for quick water absorption after rain.

Geranium

Geraniums will grow in any soil as long as it is not waterlogged. A number of geranium species are cultivated for horticultural use and for pharmaceutical products.
